Manhood Unbound
A One-Day Experience to Reclaim the Wholeness of Who You Are as a Man.
Get clarity about the man you’re becoming in a grounded, face to face brotherhood – here men slow down, speak honestly, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
Get Clarity!
We will dive in to what’s working and what’s not working for you as a man, and offer real support for getting more of what you want.
Find Community!
Change doesn’t happen alone. You’ll be doing the work with a group of experienced ManKind Project brothers and facilitators.
Meet the unbound version of YOU.
Who it’s for
Manhood Unbound is for men who:
- Feel successful on paper but disconnected inside
- Want depth, not posturing
- Are willing to listen as much as they speak
- Value confidentiality and respect group agreements
- Are open to experiencing something different than the usual men’s event
You do not need prior men’s work experience to attend.
What to expect
This is a one-day experience designed to help you get clear, grounded, and unstuck.
- You won’t be lectured.
- You won’t be put on the spot.
- You won’t be asked to share anything you don’t want to.
The day is structured and guided, moving you from awareness of the patterns shaping your life to clarity about what no longer fits and what you want to step into next. Some moments are reflective, some interactive, all of it intentional.
You’ll examine expectations and stories you’ve picked up about being a man, notice which ones still serve you, and experience what it feels like to choose with more agency. Connection happens naturally, without pressure or performance. You’ll leave with clearer language for important conversations, a stronger sense of what matters now, and momentum you can use.
- This is not therapy.
- This is not a motivational talk.
- This is not about fixing you.
It’s about clarity, connection, and forward movement. Some parts of the day are meant to be experienced, not explained.
